“Improve the working & living environment for the international employees and families in South Holland and thereby the investment climate for employers themselves.”
The International Community Platform (ICP) was founded in the context of the international ambitions of the Greater The Hague whereby the top 20 international employers realised that by joining forces they can achieve more in finding solutions to the challenges they have in common.
ICP UNCOVERS AND NURTURES OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
Today the ICP is the linking pin between all stakeholders that wish bridge the gap between international demand and local supply.
ICP researches the wishes and needs of the international community and improves connections to create opportunities for growth and a better living and working environment for the international community.
RESEARCH & ALIGNMENT
ICP developed it’s own research & alignment model and maintains a yearly cycle of aligning common challenges and solutions for global talent.
SELECTION OF TOPICS
At the beginning of each year a selection of topics is suggested and approved of by the ICP Board.
The ICP Circle does research on the selected topics by creating and distributing surveys amongst the international employees of the ICP Members.
A Gap Analysis report is done. The comparison of the existing situation to the preferred wishes and needs is used to find common solutions.
DEFINITION OF SOLUTIONS
The found common solutions are defined in two phases.
The defined common solutions are checked on feasibility in the local market.
DECISION ON SOLUTIONS
The solutions found and defined by the ICP Circle are presented at the Captain’s Conference, where the final decision is made on the proposed solutions and the implementation steps.
The approved solutions are presented to the relevant parties. Implementation is done by or in cooperation with the local suppliers.
